Retail Shop Fit Out
Background:
This highly successful retail tenancy needed more floor space so moved to a different tenancy in QIC’s Grand Central Shopping Centre, Toowoomba. We were engaged by the owner to work with her and her designer to complete this project before the Christmas retail trading period commenced.
Project Milestones:
- Handover was on time and allowed a seamless transition for the trading of this retail store
- Zero defects listed by the client and by the shopping centre tenancy managers
- Executed the project in a busy shopping centre environment working after hours to ensure minimal disruption
Location: Grand Central Shopping Centre, Toowoomba
Our Role:
- Work with the designer & owner to ensure the vision could be achieved within budget
- Engage all sub-trades to complete work after hours if necessary according to shopping centre guidelines
- Work with tenancy managers of the shopping centre to ensure all protocols and procedures were adhered to
- Source & installation of custom fittings & fixtures in line with bespoke design
