Bailey Nelson are a highly successful international franchise with over 150 stores in Australia alone. We worked with both the Australian and Global Project Manager to deliver 4 retail fit outs across Sydney, Brisbane and Newcastle.
Project Milestones:
- Each store had handover 2 days prior to opening
- Average of 4% variations across all projects
- COC and certifications managed across 2 states which were completed on handover
